Expats learn to stir-fry green tea

On April 2nd, Changzhou Howard Johnson Kaina Hotel held its Spring Tea Party. A dab at tea stir-frying performed tea culture and pan-fried Bi Luo Chun, a Chinese famous tea also known as Green Snail Spring, for foreign guests from Russia and Japan.
